Power 1: Slashing Frenzy -1 Star- 7+7+7+7=28 Damage
Power 2: Howl At The Moon! -2 Stars- 13 Damage plus team armor boost & small speed boost
Power 3: Wolfen Strike -3 Stars- 44 Damage
Hero Up: 80 Damage

And a new villain, is Dracula!, his mission cost: 200 gold....

I think he is pretty cool, because he can do a lot of damage:
